Every slip is metered and billed monthly for electricity. Everyone receives a meter base charge of $11.25 whether power is used or not. Any usage of power is billed in addition to the meter base charge.

All invoices are due on the 1st of the month. Your dockage/rent must be paid on time to renew your lease. Trailer storage and electricity (wet slip only) are invoiced monthly; dockage is invoiced quarterly.
Your refund check will be written and mailed within 30 days from the date your boat leaves the marina. Please make sure that the address we have for you is where you want to the check to be mailed.
The fee to use the launch ramp is $10 per day, $25 for commercial use. The fee is not 24 hours pass, it's for the day only. The annual passes are strictly for Corps operated parks and therefore not accepted at marinas.
The ramp is open to tenants only on Fridays through Sundays from May through September. Visitors can use the ramp Monday through Thursday during these months.
Any payment received after the 10th of the month, there will be a finance charge of 1.5% monthly added to your account. After 30 days, your lease will be terminated and you will have to leave the marina.
Make sure the dock box is empty when you leave. Anything left behind will be kept for a short period of time and then discarded. You will receive a refund for any unused portion of rent for the dock box.

We recommend having your boat winterized every winter. Power is never guaranteed in the marina. The safest thing is to winterize your boat.
Yes. You can view the list here. All the vendors on this list have the proper requirements necessary toperform work within Bald Ridge Marina. Only Approved Vendors are allowed to work within the marina. If you would like to have a vendor added, pleasehave the vendor contact the Marina office.
No, swimming is NOT allowed. It's very dangerous to swim within the marina due to being run over by a boat, electrical shock, under water hazards, andeven snakes. Swimming is prohibited in the marina and is cause for termination of your lease.
Any money owed to the marina will be paid from your deposit and the remainder will be mailed to you.
Simply scroll to the bottom right hand side of any page on the web site and look for "Sign Up for email updates" under the Contact Info.
The best way to stay informed of what's going on in the marina is to subscribe to receive emails from the web site. The "Sign-Up for email updates" section is towards the bottom of any page. Simply click on "Sign-up" and fill out your name and email address. Most of our information will be sent via email through our web site.
A written 30 day notice is required to cancel your lease. The cancellation process cannot begin without the written notice. You will be charged for 30 days of dockage from the date of written cancellation regardless of when the boat actually leaves the marina.
To be a registered user, all you have to do is click on "Sign Up" at the top of the screen. This is a useful tool for tenants of Bald Ridge Marina. A registered user will receive marina updates, and it also allows for a tenant to add more information such as additional contact information and emergency contact information. Marina management would use that information to update our marina software for that tenant.
We currently offer transient slips to tenants of the marina only. Not available for non tenants.
Yes. We have trailer storage inside the marina, but you have limited access to it. We also have trailer and boat with trailer storage justoutside our gate that's covered and uncovered. Prices range from $75 to $120 per month.
Yes, all visitors must check it at the main gate upon entering the marina. Tenants have a special pass that allows them to enter without stopping, but even they must check in at the main entrance if they don't have a rfid gate tag.
Fishing within the marina boundaries while in a boat is allowed, just as long as you don't get near the docks. Fishing from the docks is prohibited unless you are tenant of Bald Ridge Marina.
Yes and no. You may bring your own fuel (via gas cans, etc) for your boat, but you must be at the fuel dock in order to do so. No one will judge you, especially with the rising costs! The fuel dock has the necessary equipment to handle a spill or accident while you fuel your boat with your own fuel. Just let the fuel dock crew know you're filling your boat with your own fuel so they are aware.
